About This Project

This monumental sculpture is made up of eight animals of various local species that form an almost closed circle. This scene is inspired by a legend that the animals would gather to make a truce on Christmas Eve. This group is the representation of the meeting of differences. A break out of time and the laws of nature. A precious moment of exchange and discussion where everyone can bring something to the other. This open circle layout allows the viewer to become an integral part of the work and to add its own color. The circle is the natural form of encounters, protection and strength. It is also the imaginary representation of the islands.
